We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use Meta's advertising tools to measure which ads lead to purchases and to show relevant ads. This involves sharing event data — such as page views, add-to-cart actions and completed purchases — with Meta, including a hashed (encrypted) version of your email address where available. Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law, through the consent banner shown on your first visit. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.
Vaultvise LTD is based in Azerbaijan. Our service providers are located in various countries including the United States and the European Union. This means your personal information may be transferred outside your country of residence.
Where personal data of EU or UK residents is transferred outside those territories, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or equivalent mechanisms. You may request further information about these safeguards by emailing us.

We delete or anonymise data once these periods expire.
Payments and checkout run over encrypted connections (TLS). We do not store full payment card details on our systems — these are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
Access to customer data within our business is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and answer enquiries.
No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay.

If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, sharing data with advertising platforms such as Meta for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" under California law. You may opt out at any time via the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer, or by emailing help@vaultvise.com.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Order confirmations, shipping notifications and service messages are not marketing — we send these because you placed an order, and they cannot be unsubscribed from while an order is active.
Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
