You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with its operation, or to copy, scrape or resell any part of it without written permission.
We may refuse service, close accounts or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud.
Vault & Vise does not hold finished stock. When you place an order, production of your specific item begins.
Before dispatch, you may cancel any order at any time for a full refund — including while it is in production. Email help@vaultvise.com with your order number and the word REFUND.

Our products are made from full-grain leather and, in some cases, exotic hides. These are natural materials.
Colour, grain, marking and texture vary from piece to piece, and from the photographs on this site. Small scars, wrinkles, fat lines and shade differences are characteristics of genuine full-grain leather, not defects. Exotic hides — python, ostrich — vary more, not less: the scale pattern on your item exists on no other piece.
Leather also changes with use. It darkens, softens and develops a patina. This is intended behaviour and is not covered by our guarantee as a fault.
We photograph our products honestly and without retouching the leather. But we cannot guarantee that the item you receive will be identical to the image on your screen, and screen colour calibration varies between devices.
We work to keep prices, descriptions, dimensions and availability accurate. Errors occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order is confirmed. We will contact you before doing so.
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout.
Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is formed when we dispatch your order, or when we confirm that production has begun — whichever comes first.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, and may refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or dealers.
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at the point of purchase.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Delivery times, shipping costs, customs duties and country restrictions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The Mamba is made from python leather, listed under CITES Appendix II, and is not available for delivery to the United States or to any territory where the import of reptile leather is restricted.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in full.
Every Vault & Vise product carries a ten-year structural guarantee against stitching failure, structural separation and hardware failure under normal use.
It does not cover patina, natural darkening, scratches, scuffs, water or heat damage, damage from chemicals, loss, theft, or damage caused by alteration or third-party repair.
Full terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us or to our review platform, you grant Vaultvise LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing and advertising.
You confirm that the content is your own, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it contains nothing unlawful, defamatory or obscene.
We may remove any submission at our discretion. We are under no obligation to publish or retain any content you send us.
All content on this site — including product photographs, text, designs, the Vault & Vise name and logo, and the names of our products — is owned by Vaultvise LTD or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Using our product photographs to sell other products is a breach of these terms and of copyright law.
This site uses third-party services including payment processors, review platforms, analytics and advertising tools. It may also contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of use, however arising.
Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify Vaultvise LTD against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this site.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier failure, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, epidemic, strike, or government action.
Where such an event delays your order, you may cancel it for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing in these terms deprives you of that protection.
Before starting any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at help@vaultvise.com. Most disputes are resolved within a day by email, and we would rather solve a problem than argue about one.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
The terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time you placed it.
