At Vault & Vise, we reject the disposable culture of modern mass production. Every piece of hardware we create is meticulously crafted from premium, full-grain leather using traditional hand-stitching techniques. Excellence cannot be rushed. When you place an order with us, you are not buying a product sitting on a dusty warehouse shelf; you are commissioning a handcrafted piece of heavy-duty gear built to outlast you.

1. CRAFTSMANSHIP & PROCESSING TIME
Because we prioritize uncompromising quality over automated manufacturing, every order requires dedicated time for preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.

Order Processing: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to prepare and perfectly package your gear before it is handed over to our dispatch facility.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details the moment your package is dispatched.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
We ship globally via registered international postal services to ensure secure delivery to your exact location. Due to the international nature of our operations and the thorough customs clearance processes, standard transit times apply.

United Kingdom & Europe: 12 - 18 Business Days

Rest of the World: 15 - 25 Business Days
> Note: These timeframes are highly reliable estimates, but they are not guaranteed. Global postal networks, severe weather conditions, or local customs inspections can occasionally cause slight delays.
3. ORDER TRACKING & VISIBILITY
Transparency is mandatory. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number.

Please note that international postal tracking is not always real-time. It is normal for tracking systems to show no updates for several days while the package is in transit across the ocean or awaiting customs clearance in your destination country.

If your tracking status remains entirely unchanged for more than 14 business days, contact our command center, and we will initiate an investigation.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
Vault & Vise operates transparently. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means that the final price at checkout does not include local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees.

Your local government or customs authority may enforce these charges once the package arrives in your country. The customer is entirely responsible for paying any applicable customs fees. We will not falsify customs documents or declare a lower value to bypass legal tax obligations.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & FAILED DELIVERIES
Precision matters. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is 100% accurate and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or a failure to claim the package from your local post office, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Vault & Vise is not liable for lost or misplaced packages if the courier confirms delivery to the exact address provided during checkout.
