done a hundred years ago — slowly, and only once.

THE SEAM THAT HOLDS
Machine stitching is one continuous thread. Cut it anywhere and the seam unzips.
Saddle stitching locks two threads through every hole, by hand. Cut one and the
rest holds.

Most brands line the inside with synthetic fabric. It costs almost nothing, and
it covers up the grade of leather they used.
We line ours with full-grain goatskin. The outside is full-grain sheepskin,
embossed by hand.
Two hides, no coatings, no splits — because the truth about leather is always
on the inside.

I ordered the product on July 28, and today is August 20—almost a month! Although I’m satisfied with the packaging and the quality of the product, I recommend that you shorten this delivery time by using faster shipping methods.
You can tell it’s very high quality from the print and stitching; it’s not a nylon print (I was a little worried it might be), but they’ve somehow imprinted this pattern directly onto the leather. It’s definitely worth every penny.

Fair’s fair, this is a gorgeous compact wallet, beautifully made, and a great size for a few cards and notes. I carry this and my phone and I’m good to go anywhere. I’ve always got my phone, so of course I don’t want a big thick wallet anymore. Just something small and slim like this to keep my cards and phone separate just in case of loss or theft. There was a delay with my order. But I was kept informed and it was totally worth the wait. Quality is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Shipping times aren’t great—it took 17 days to reach Texas. But the product is definitely the best in its class. Whether it’s the leather or the stitching, the craftsmanship is outstanding. I really like the kind of rough, rustic feel to this wallet. Having seen and held it, i don’t think the pen holder is going to get much use, just finding one to fit it is trickier than expected, but overall I’m pleased with the quality. Looks bombproof.
